The Brazilian Ministry of Education, under Camilo Santana (PT), has officially announced the dates for the 2025 Enem (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio) registration and exams. The registration period will open on May 26th and close on June 6th, 2025. The exams are scheduled for November 9th and 16th, 2025.
Unless changed, the exam will consist of 180 multiple-choice questions and one essay, divided across two days. Day one will include 45 questions in languages and 45 in human sciences, along with the essay. Day two will cover 45 mathematics questions and 45 in natural sciences.
The deadline for fee exemption requests was May 2nd. Results will be released on May 12th, with appeals open from May 12th to 16th and results for appeals on May 22nd. Exemptions are available for those enrolled in the 3rd year of high school in a public school, those who completed high school in a public school or with a full scholarship in a private school, individuals from low-income families registered in CadÚnico, and participants in the Pé-de-Meia program.
