A Bergen County man is facing multiple charges after allegedly using an antisemitic slur and pointing a gun at another man during a parking lot confrontation Friday outside a ShopRite on Route 4, authorities said.

Paramus police said officers responded around 12:30 p.m. after a 911 caller reported someone had pointed a firearm at him during a heated exchange before fleeing in a white sports car.

According to the victim, the dispute began when Joseph Koppinger, 35, opened his car door and struck the victim’s parked vehicle.
