Baker McKenzie affiliate FenXun Partners has added a quartet of senior transactional lawyers from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Hong Kong office to its capital markets team in Greater China.

The move is led by the head of Wilson Sonsini’s Greater China capital markets group Dan Ouyang and partners Winfield Lau and Ronnie Li, Baker McKenzie said in a statement. The trio, who were based in both Wilson Sonsini’s Hong Kong and now defunct Beijing offices, will sit across Baker McKenzie’s teams in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Beijing. They are also joined by Wilson Sonsini’s senior counsel Zhenzhen Bao.
