A passerby snapped this photo of a tractor-trailer truck — loaded with dairy products — that caught fire on Route 220 South, just west of the Reach Road interchange, in the city about 2:40 p.m. Thursday. “In 24 years of truck driving, this is the first fire I’ve ever had,” Harold Woods, of Orlando, Florida, told a reporter at the scene. He was en route to Carlisle with cargo from Arkport, New York. City firefighters had the fire extinguished in about 15 minutes. The fire snarled southbound traffic for about 30 minutes.
