Lycoming County Sentencings
Sixteen individuals were recently sentenced in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania for a variety of crimes. The sentences varied greatly depending on the severity of the charges.
Sentencing Details
- State Prison Sentences: Rodney C. Bates received a sentence of 16 to 32 months for simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment, and false imprisonment. Stephen T. Naglak was sentenced to three to 24 months for retail theft. Christian L. King-Lewis received 10 to 24 months and 72 months of probation for aggravated assault, resisting arrest, simple assault, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief.
- County Prison Sentences: Eric T. Kurtz Jr. was sentenced to 72 hours to six months and fined for DUI. Jacob R. Smith, Holly M. Schon, and Joel Hockenberry also received sentences for DUI.
- Intermediate Punishment: Caleb J. Lorson received 180 days to 60 months and a fine for DUI.
- Probation: Eric G. Brown, Khalifah Watson, Brandy Walter, Kendra D. Strothers, Aaron Snyder, and Avery Thomas Miller received probationary sentences for offenses including possession of controlled substances, assault, and theft.

Eric T. Kurtz Jr., 2100 Blair St., city, 72 hours to six months and a $1,000 fine for DUI.
Stephen T. Naglak, SCI – Rockview, three to 24 months for retail theft.
Jacob R. Smith, Chester Springs, five days to six months and a $300 fine for DUI.
Holly M. Schon, 467 Pleasant Hill Road, city, five days to six months and a $300 fine for DUI.
David C. Babin, 90 days to 60 months and a $1,500 fine for DUI.
Joel Hockenberry, Lock Haven, 72 hours to six months and a $1,250 fine for DUI, failure to stop, failure to obey a traffic control device and careless driving.
Christian L. King-Lewis, Williamsburg, 10 to 24 months and 72 months probation for aggravated assault, resisting arrest, simple assault, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
Intermediate Punishment
Caleb J. Lorson, 99 Lorson Road, city, 180 days to 60 months and a $1,500 fine for DUI.
Probation
Eric G. Brown, 12 months for possession of a controlled substance.
Khalifah Watson, 460 William St., Apt. 5, city, 36 months for aggravated assault, simple assault and resisting arrest.
Brandy Walter, 599 Grandview Drive, city, 12 months for possession of a controlled substance.
Kendra D. Strothers, 2500 Federal Ave., Apt. 347, 30 months for retail theft, theft by deception and DUI.
Aaron Snyder, 717 Park Ave., city, 24 months for simple assault.
Avery Thomas Miller, 2217 Trout Run Mountain Road, Trout Run, 12 months for simple assault.
