Linden man charged with drug delivery

Following the alleged sale of five grams of crack cocaine, Brian K. Livergood, 52 of 329 Forge Hill Road, Linden, faces two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, according to court documents.

On Feb. 24, 2025, Livergood and another man allegedly met with an undercover agent with Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office at a residence in the 400 block of Freedom Road, where they agreed to the sale and informed the agent that they would need to leave to pick up the drugs. The agent offered to drive the men to the secondary location, but they declined, stating that the dealer was already familiar with Livergood’s vehicle, an affidavit said.

The pair then traveled to a home in the area of Memorial and Seventh avenues, where the second man entered the residence for a short time before returning to Livergood’s vehicle.

The agent was then called the agent to meet them at the Freedom Road residence, where the drugs were allegedly exchanged for $500.

Livergood was arraigned by District Judge Aaron Biichle.

Stepping in for another dealer, who she said was asleep, Mary L. Harroum, 54, of 957 High St., allegedly met with a confidential informant at a home in the 300 block of High Street and provided them with .53 grams of cocaine, state police allege in an affidavit.

Harroum was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver by District Judge Aaron Biichle and released on $5,000 bail.

City man arraigned on drug, theft charges

Troy Allen Werkheiser, 45, of 2023 W. Third St., faces a variety of charges after he allegedly communicated with a confidential informant attempting to set up a controlled purchase, state police said in an affidavit.

On March 11, 2025, Werkheiser allegedly met with the informant in the 600 block of Campbell Street, where he exchanged $140 for two plastic bags of methamphetamine.

Eight days later, Werkheiser was again contacted for methamphetamine.

During this incident, the informant allegedly met with Werkheiser and provided him with $400 in exchange for the drugs, court documents said.

Werkheiser told the informant that he had to go to a second location to pick up the drugs, however once he left, he did not return and ceased communication with the informant, an affidavit said.

Werkheiser was arraigned on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and theft by deception by District Judge Aaron Biichle.
