Before he caught passes from Jaxson Dart, Tre Harris threw passes to Malik Nabers.
Nobody in the NFL is better situated to analyze the new quarterback-receiver connection that the Giants hope produces a fruitful decade than Harris — a Chargers rookie who was Nabers’ high school quarterback and Dart’s leading receiver at Ole Miss.
“It’s going to be really electric, I can tell you that,” Harris told The Post. “Both those guys are like-minded — super, super competitive and always trying to be the best they can be. Their mindsets mesh well together, so I think everything is going to turn out really well.”
Dart and Nabers already have a relationship through Harris, spending a day together on the field and at a mall in the Dallas area before the 2024 draft. Nabers hadn’t yet been picked No. 6 by the Giants en route to 109 catches for 1,204 yards as a rookie.
