A fire broke out around 6 AM in a ground-floor apartment in Albano Laziale, Italy. Firefighters responded to the scene on Via Firenze.
A 39-year-old woman was rescued and hospitalized for smoke inhalation. Sadly, her 69-year-old father was found dead inside the apartment.
Once the fire was extinguished, the apartment was secured for investigation by judicial authorities.
I vigili del fuoco sono intervenuti, intorno alle 6, in via Firenze, ad Albano laziale, per un incendio di una abitazione al piano terra di una palazzina di due piani. All’arrivo dei soccorritori, è stata tratta in salvo una donna di 39 anni, trasportata in ospedale dal personale sanitario del 118 per una forte intossicazione. All’interno dell’appartamento è stato trovato il corpo senza vita e ormai bruciato del padre 69enne. Una volta terminato lo spegnimento, l’abitazione è stata messa a disposizione dell’Autorità Giudiziaria per le indagini.
