Rock legend Lenny Kravitz will be performing in Mildura, Australia, as part of his Australian tour. This is a significant event for the regional town, following the success of Kings of Leon's concert which injected millions into the local economy.
Mildura is well-equipped to host this event thanks to recent upgrades at the Mildura Sporting Precinct, which include improved seating.
The Victorian Tourism, Sport and Major Events Minister, Steve Dimopoulos, expects thousands of people to visit Mildura for the concert, boosting hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
Lenny Kravitz's 61st birthday tour will also include performances in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide. The tour will be supported by Aussie rockers Jet. Pre-sale tickets start on June 17th, with general tickets available on June 20th.
Kravitz is expected to do the same. Except now the town is even better equipped thanks to upgrades at the Mildura Sporting Precinct completed last year, with improved seating added to the venue.

“London, Berlin, Paris – and now Mildura – all have something in common: hosting international rock legend Lenny Kravitz,” said Victorian Tourism, Sport and Major Events Minister Steve Dimopoulos. “Thousands of people will flock to Mildura from all over the country to see this legend of rock perform live – filling hotels, restaurants and cafes along the way.”
Kravitz, 61, is known for his trademark swagger and unique blend of rock, psychedelia, soul, funk and hip-hop. Since releasing his first album, Let Love Rule, in 1989, he has sold more than 40 million records worldwide. His November shows will be supported by Aussie rockers Jet.
Lenny Kravitz will perform in Sydney on November 18, Newcastle on November 19, Brisbane on November 21, Melbourne on November 25, Mildura on November 28, and Adelaide on November 29. Pre-sale opens on June 17, with tickets available to the public on June 20.
