A teenage girl who was reported missing over the weekend has been located. 

Mia Duffy, 16, was found after she was last seen at Maroubra, at 4pm on Saturday.

Police began their search after she could not be located or contacted. 

In a statement to Daily Mail Australia, NSW Police confirmed 'she has been found'. 

Details around the circumstances of her disappearance and where she was located are not publicly known.
