Three men (aged 24, 20, and 18) were arrested in Swindon, Wiltshire, on suspicion of raping three teenage girls under the age of 16.
The incident occurred at a property on Ratcoombe Road, Peatmoor, during the evening of May 31.
Wiltshire Police are investigating and the victims are receiving support from specially trained officers.
Police cordoned off the property on May 31 and June 1 to conduct investigations.
The three suspects have been bailed pending further enquiries.
DS Craig Rathbone of Swindon CID assured the community that the incident is being treated as targeted and occurred within a property during one evening.
The arrests come after Wiltshire Police received a report of rapes relating to multiple victims at a property in Ratcoombe Road, Peatmoor.
The offences relate to three teenage girls aged under 16 years old, who are receiving support from specially trained officers.

Police cordoned off a property in the road after attending on Saturday, May 31 and were there for the majority of June 1 carrying out investigations.
DS Craig Rathbone of Swindon CID, who are responsible for the investigation, said: "We are taking this incident incredibly seriously and have already made three arrests in connection with it.
"I appreciate the community concern this incident will cause, however please be assured it is being treated as a targeted incident that occurred within a property in the course of one evening.
"The victims involved are all being supported by specially trained officers, and our enquiries are ongoing."
