City police in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, apprehended a motorcyclist following a brief pursuit. The incident began around 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday when an officer attempted to stop the motorcyclist, who was wanted on several bench warrants.
The motorcyclist, whose name has not been released, disregarded the officer's attempt to stop him. The chase concluded at Memorial Avenue and Grier Street where the motorcyclist sideswiped a car and crashed into a pickup truck.
After the crash, the suspect fled on foot but was quickly apprehended within 100 yards. He was then taken into custody and transported to the police headquarters.

After the crash, the man took off running, but was nabbed less than 100 yards away. He was placed in the back of a cruiser and taken to police headquarters.
