On April 24th, at approximately 2:24 am, Cobram Police officers observed a gold Camry driving erratically on Station Street in Cobram, Australia.
After stopping the vehicle, police administered a breathalyzer test, which indicated the presence of alcohol. The driver was unable to provide a license. A further breath test at the Cobram Police Station revealed a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.163.

The Toyota Camry was impounded for 30 days, resulting in a $1500 impound fee for the driver.
At about 2.24am on Thursday, April 24 officers on patrol from the Cobram Police Unit saw a gold Camry driving erratically on Station St, Cobram.
After intercepting the vehicle, the officers breathalysed the driver and determined that alcohol was present in his system.
The man was also unable to produce a licence.
He was then transferred to the Cobram Police Station for a further breath test, returning a blood alcohol content of 0.163.
The driver was charged with a number of offences including drink-driving, unlicensed driving, and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
He was bailed to appear at Cobram Magistrates' Court on July 22.
The Toyota Camry was also impounded for 30 days at a cost of $1500 to the man.
