For both home meetings against Berwick and against Redcar Bears last week, a lot of water has been put down in the build up to aim to prevent dust and ensure the track was in good condition.
Ford said he and the track curator had spent much of the previous day at the track going through preparations โ and he was proud of the outcome.
โWe it started yesterday,โ he told the Daily Echo.

โWe did the absolute best we could and I'm proud of the effort we put in.
โThere was little to no dust tonight, which on an evening like tonight, 25 degrees, baking all day in the sun was really positive. So, yeah, really proud of the team.โ
