A protest against Italy's security decree and in support of Palestine took place in Milan. A segment of the protesters, carrying a banner reading "No to the bureaucratic coup, against the Meloni government," marched towards the Prefecture.
Police briefly charged a group of protesters attempting to carry a banner near the Prefecture on Via Donizetti. After a minor scuffle, the protest continued through the city center before returning to Piazza San Babila, where it concluded.
Slogans such as "Free Palestine" and "Criminal Israel" were chanted. No injuries were reported among protesters or police.
