Tragsa, a public company, submitted to the Supreme Court judge Leopoldo Puente all documentation regarding the hiring of José Luis Ábalos's ex-girlfriend, Jésica. This included her CV, detailing her work experience at Ineco (another public company), where she admitted to being placed through connections, and listing her residence as a Plaza de España apartment provided by the Koldo scheme.
Jésica stated that Ábalos suggested she seek employment and facilitated her entry into both public companies. Despite not attending work, Tragsa's evaluation highlighted her positive attitudes and potential. Her CV listed her studies in Dentistry, a technical degree in dental hygiene, and various additional courses.
Tragsa's report detailed that 929 people applied for 10 administrative positions; 177 applied for Jésica's role, with only nine meeting requirements. Of these, only two (including Jésica) passed the technical and competency evaluations.
Judge Puente initiated further investigations into Jésica's contracts with Ineco and Tragsatec, and official trips she may have accompanied the former minister on. He requested more information on the job posting process, as Jésica stated a third party directed her to apply through a specific website.
