When state troopers attempted to take Elizabeth Zion Torok into custody on State Home Road in Clinton Township about noon on March 19, the 38-year-old Montgomery area woman struck one of them in the face, it was alleged in an affidavit. Torok, of 24 Strouse Road, was being arrested for allegedly throwing items at motorists while she stood in the middle of nearby Strouse Road, police said. One driver reported that Torok threw a bottle of suspected body lotion at her car, and that some of the lotion hit her in the face, police alleged. Police have also accused Torok of damaging a mailbox in the 2400 block of State Home Road and an antenna on a vehicle in the 100 block of Strouse Road. Arraigned on Sunday before District Judge Gary Whiteman on charges of aggravated and simple assault, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and harassment, Torok has been committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail
