Elizabeth Zion Torok, a 38-year-old woman from Montgomery, Pennsylvania, was arrested on March 19th for allegedly assaulting a state trooper. The incident occurred on State Home Road in Clinton Township around noon.
Torok was initially approached by police for allegedly throwing objects, including a bottle of suspected body lotion, at passing vehicles while standing in the middle of Strouse Road. One driver reported being hit in the face by the lotion. She is also accused of damaging a mailbox and a vehicle antenna in the area.
Torok was arraigned on Sunday before District Judge Gary Whiteman on charges of aggravated and simple assault, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and harassment. She was committed to Lycoming County Prison on $10,000 bail.
While being taken into custody, Torok allegedly struck a state trooper in the face.

Torok, of 24 Strouse Road, was being arrested for allegedly throwing items at motorists while she stood in the middle of nearby Strouse Road, police said. One driver reported that Torok threw a bottle of suspected body lotion at her car, and that some of the lotion hit her in the face, police alleged. Police have also accused Torok of damaging a mailbox in the 2400 block of State Home Road and an antenna on a vehicle in the 100 block of Strouse Road. Arraigned on Sunday before District Judge Gary Whiteman on charges of aggravated and simple assault, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and harassment, Torok has been committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail
